YogaChi

YogaChi is an exercise that I created. It's also an art as well and it is a mixer of Yoga and  Tai Chi. these exercise has Yoga moves and Tai Chi moves.

 Tai Chi and Yoga are very similar in a way because Tai Chi is a slow Martial art it's not a fast Martial art.

Tai Chi has slow punches and kicks not fast ones. In old time every body was a white belt but when they fight on the ground and the belt was covered in dirt and sweat the soil from the ground makes the belt brown or black.

That is what My father told Me. Lets get back to the YogaChai this exercise is relaxing and you can stretch.

On the floor you have to have you YogaChi mat and it's like a Yoga Mat and you have to take your shoes off and stuff and after you done using the mat clean it up until the next person uses the mat because you do not want people to have your germs.

In this exercise you do not make up your own Yoga and Tai Chi moves you use the Yoga and Tai Chi moves that already exist if it's you first day of Yogachi if your are a black belt in YogaChi you can created your YogaChi moves.

YogaChi is Yoga and a slow martial art at the same time. This is the workout that I created for my cartoon characters.
