Lakes freezes or dries up

You know when lakes freezes when it's 32 degrees. It's a prefect day for children to go ice shaking.

 My in the future there will be machines under the lake water so the lake water will not freeze when it's on or it will freeze will the lake machine is off.

Lets say you are in the desert and there a lake and it's dried up when things get hot the water dries up and the is no more water.

In the future lets say it's hot out the machines under the lake water even if it's very hot the lake water will not dry up because the machines under the lake will keep the lake from drying up and those machines will be good for this planet.

Also the desert oasis and the Nile will not dry up even if it's 120 degrees out side because the machine will not lets the water dry up.
